Chatswood Retirement Village – Stage 7

A 600m2 area 13 care suite addition to the current facility, inclusive of gravel raft, complex connections to the existing structures, care related services
reticulation, siteworks and hard and soft landscaping.

Fiordland Lobster Warehouse Extension

A 1200m2 warehouse extension to the current crayfish processing plant in Rolleston. This project was completed on time under severe time constraints, inclusive of structural steel portal frame, waterproof basement, engineered concrete floor slabs, 65 no precast concrete panels, in-situ concrete raised tanks and steel column encasements, complex services reticulation (including salt water systems), high grade insulated panelling to walls and ceilings and siteworks.

22 Kingsley Street Warehouse and Offices

The BP Construction head office, a full renovation from its previous use as a commercial bakery due to a change of use, the external walls of the incumbent warehouse required a fire rating upgrade, involving fully framing out two faces of the precast walls with timber, and lining with two layers of 16mm GIB Fyreline. This project was completed on time under severe time constraints, and with the tenant remaining operational over the course of a four-month period.

Terrace View Retirement Village - Villa’s 1-5

A 610m2 area 5 villa duplex development adjacent to the existing apartment complex, this high specification project is first part of an extensive addition to the village. This project includes feature metalwork, cathedral ceilings to the living area, high specification joinery to the kitchens and wardrobes, fully tiled bathrooms, and extensive hard and soft landscaping.
