BP Construction utilizes CostCon to manage all projects, this is a job costing, accounting and management system developed specifically for the construction industry and in conjunction with the Construction Contracts Act.

It is an extensive system, that puts costing and project management first, incorporating a range of modules, including but not limited to the capture and tracking of all cost centres and variations, labour and timesheets, advanced procurement management, forecasting and comprehensive document management.

In addition we use Buildsoft Global for all estimating, budget preparation and variation processing.
