All to be undertaken within a fifteen month construction programme.
Ashburton District Council Friendship Lane Redevelopment - commencing August 2024
A 16 unit (8 Duplex) design and build development in conjunction with Maguire & Harford Architects, ENGCO Consulting Engineers and Innate Design. Consisting of demolishing the existing structures and site clearance, installing NZS 3604 foundations, 140mm timber framing with upgraded insulation for H1 compliance, varied brickwork cladding, James Hardie Linea Weatherboard cladding, TARC tray and James Oblique cladding, H1 compliant metal windows and doors, be-spoke kitchens, vinyl and carpet floorcoverings, exposed aggregate concrete patios and pathways along with soft landscaping. All to be undertaken within a nine month construction programme.
