A fully qualified Quantity Surveyor, graduating from Liverpool in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science with Honours; Richard moved to NZ in 2013. He has since spent 10 years within the commercial construction sector, gaining a wealth of experience in the process. When approached by Jimmy to join BP Construction in 2022, he without hesitation, jumped at taking on the challenge of owning a construction company. It was a natural progression, taking projects from concept to eventuality is a passion. Richard’s work ethic is second to none, whether he is interacting with colleagues, clients, consultants, or sub-contractors he thrives in a collaborative environment. Coinciding with the application of effective cost management, innovative strategical thinking, logical approach and calm demeanor; Richard’s abilities, and presence within the day-to-day operations of BP’s are all a mainstay of delivering client’s objectives time and time again.
